TexasResponds
TexasResponds.org was launched in 2005 by OneStar in response to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Under the state emergency plan, OneStar operates TexasResponds.org, the State of Texas’ donations and volunteer portal. It is positioned to support local jurisdictions should they become overwhelmed with donations and volunteer support during times of disaster.
