Step One: Register with OneStar
What organizations are eligible?
OneStar invites organizations that meet at least one of the following criteria to register their organization:
• Nonprofit organizations,
• Faith-based organizations,
• Organizations currently administering a grant from the Corporation for National and Community Service or
• Organizations interested in applying for AmeriCorps*Texas funds through OneStar Foundation.
Step Two: Complete a Profile for your organization
Once you have completed your registration, you will be invited to complete a Profile for your organization.
Log in to your organization's account and complete this Profile. It will take only a few minutes.
What is the Profile?
OneStar's Profile for organizations is a brief survey that creates a "snapshot" of your organization's basic information. All information that is collected is for the exclusive use of OneStar Foundation and will be kept confidential.
Benefits of completing a Profile for your organization:
- This process helps OneStar determine if you are eligible for any of the many organizational strengthening activities we offer. On an ongoing basis, OneStar chooses organizations to participate in organizational assessments, trainings, coaching, conferences and other professional development activities.
- You will be notified of other opportunities that match with your organization's profile.
- You can be part of important research on the needs and trends of the nonprofit sector and its stakeholders.
- Just keep your information current each year to be continually considered for ongoing projects.
