EL PASO - OneStar Foundation, in partnership with the Nonprofit Enterprise Center of El Paso, will host a free public training workshop for senior leaders of nonprofits. This workshop, "Sustainability and Impact," will focus on alternative funding solutions beyond grants and maximizing the effectiveness of leadership, public relations and diversifying financial resources. It will be held on August 27th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel Suite El Paso, 1770 Airway Blvd., in the Airport-Salon Room.

Participants attending "Sustainability and Impact" will be engaged by consultants and trainers from the Texas Nonprofit Management Assistance Network and the Nonprofit Enterprise Center. Attendees will receive information about alternative revenue sources beyond grants, capitalizing on board effectiveness as an executive director, establishing public relations and diversifying financial resources in a down economy.

Those interested in attending the course may register online.
